Still a bit sore/tired from my Wednesday run on Moscow Mt. We took the dogs to the park and I did some light jogging/walking/stretching hoping to loosen up some leg muscles and my back. It was maybe 10 minutes worth of light jogging mixed in with an equal amount of walking. Very relaxing.
I'm starting to get a little anxious for the race on Sunday. The weather looks like it's going to be great.
Keep Running! (unless you're really tired, then do some light walking and stretching)
