Coloring the Air

  4. you are doing great. i am back workig full time now and very close to my home. plus i Cna run at lunch and we have a nice work out room. weather over this way has been nice very fall like. is the spokane marathon flat course or hills too?

  8. I love these photos too. They were taken by my friend during my day-after-marathon easy run -- with my iPhone! They turned out so well that I'm only a little bummed I wasn't carrying my good camera when we ran upon this sunset.
